How to wear rings with style

Sometimes, all it takes is a ring or two to make our entire outfit feel complete. However, if you can’t choose between just one, then it might be time to learn how to stack ‘em up. Now, you can have all of your rings and wear them, too.

For color

Accessories can be the perfect way to add a splash of color – especially when we learn how to stack our rings. But how do we bring out the color? To start, you need some stack rings that are all a matching color, such as gold, silver, or rose gold. Then, it’s time to find a midi ring in the color of your choice. Thankfully, this can be as simple or as extravagant as you like. Plain gemstones can often make great additions to these looks.

For geometric shapes

It’s best to keep the heavier rings toward the bottom of your fingers to make sure the rings aren’t too heavy at the end of your hand. Our pinky fingers are the best place to add the geometric shapes as they balance out the rest of our hands. Finally, adding delicate, thinner pieces to the ends of your pointer and middle fingers can help to finish off the entire look.

For one stack

Just because you want to stack your rings doesn’t mean that every finger has to have a different ring, right? Sometimes, we want to wear all of our favorite looks regardless of whether they go together or not. If this is the case, then it could be time to opt for one stack. This can be your chance to add on all kinds of rings even if they are different shapes and colors. This can often give off the impression of one larger designer ring. The pointer finger can be the best finger to use for your new fashion.

For shapes

Not all stacked rings have to be oversized or over the top. In fact, smaller, more dainty shapes can work just as well to add a little something extra to our looks. Arrows, hearts, leaves, and birds can be the perfect place to start. Because they are so small, it can be easy to layer them up across our fingers. Try to keep them all one matching color if you want to keep your addition subtle.

For longer rings

Game of Thrones has taken over many of our lives, and now it could be time to armor up our fingers, too. Longer rings don’t have to be reserved to a one at a time lifestyle. No, they can get involved in a stacked look, too. Longer rings work well for anyone that has long fingers. Choosing different shapes for alternating fingers can add a little detail without too many additions.

Rings can be something that many of us overlook while accessorizing our outfit, but it might be time to grab more of them than ever. All it takes is a little tweaking, and it might not be long before we have a brand new versatile way to wear our rings.
